Daily Reading: A Cry for Help

ATTACK, PAIN, FEAR, JUDGMENT, AND ANY FORM OF SEPARATION ARE MERELY CALLS FOR HELP.

Right now you are calm. The weather outside is perfect and you don't feel stressed. But of course any calm in life is only temporary which means you will be facing stress in the future.

Maybe a few hours after you read this, maybe a few days.

So when you are feeling stressed out remember that sometimes negative emotions, from yourself or others, can be a cry for help. A cry that the people who are experiencing such emotions can't voice as they might not realize they are actually crying out for help.
