It is both a simple and hard task: calm yourself so that you can tell what you're actually feeling.
A lot of the time emotions are hidden within emotions. This is done so the psyche can protect itself and feel comfort. But it comes with a huge downside and cost.
Once you calm yourself you can start to truly listen to your intuition. And your intuition will help guide you through this hard time. You will start to feel more comfortable keeping up with important information even as you want to deny it's the truth.
