Daily Reading: Your Weight

THANK YOU, UNIVERSE, FOR HELPING ME SEE BEYOND THE LIMITS OF FEAR. THANK YOU FOR EXPANDING MY PERCEPTIONS SO THAT I CAN SEE WHAT IS OF THE HIGHEST GOOD.

During this self-isolation you may have gained some weight. Weighing more is not always a bad thing, but if you want to be at a certain weight that is not a bad thing either.

So you are worrying about your weight and what to do about it. Whether to feel guilty or just learn to love your extra pounds.

The thing you need to do is go beyond fear and really think about the situation. You need to decide what weight you want to be at and then think about if you want to lose the extra pounds.

If you want to lose weight be assured that you can. Either now or after Covid-19 is solved.
