Daily Reading: Take Some Time For Yourself

ENERGY FIELD ADJUSTMENT (Reversed)

You are feeling extra sensitive to people's emotions lately. This has caused you to lash out at loved ones. You need to realize that your outbursts are your fault and not theirs.

To cleanse your own aura so that you won't put undue stress on others, you need to practice some self-care. Specifically cleaning your physical body while focusing on your spiritual self.

This could be done by taking a shower and imagining the water running down your body erasing all your negative emotions. Or by taking a bath and imagining all your negative emotions drifting away from you. Or by brushing your hair and imagining your emotions getting under control with every motion of the brush.

Be aware, though, that some of your negative emotions need to be dealt with in a different way. So if there is anything left over after cleaning yourself, that isn't necessarily a bad thing.
