So what can you do about that?
First you need to calm your mind as much as possible. Do your best to become a neutral observer.
Then you need to figure out why your mind has been wandering so much.
Could it be that you have become overwhelmed with work? Maybe it is a tough time in your life and you just want every opportunity to mentally escape? Maybe you have a form of ADD and quitting your medication wasn't the best idea?
