If you have been having an increase of spiritual experiences you feel broken because you believe only crazy people have them like you do. While you should double check on any mental health issues, seeing into the spiritual realm doesn't mean your mind is breaking down. It merely means it is opening up.

If you are having a decrease of spiritual experiences you feel tainted because you believe only the pure are able to see certain things. You are not impure and will be able to experience certain things once again. Don't worry.
